About Russ Shanahan

Russ grew up in Brookfield and has also lived on the East Side, in Wauwatosa, Downtown, Bay View, and currently calls Shorewood home. He has a vast knowledge of everything MKE including the Greater Metro Area. His local experience will help you during your purchase or sale.

When Russ and his wife married in 2021, they decided to adopt their second fur baby. Russ is a supporter of all things Packers, Bucks, and Brewers. Some of his other hobbies include travel, board games, and after surviving the WI winter, outside activities during summer.

Russ decided to become a real estate agent after enjoying the process of buying his first house. He continued to follow the market, and from that point forward- was hooked. He is committed to making the buying or selling process even better for you!

Russ used his recognition as Rookie of the Month to grow his business into consistently being a member of the Northshore Office Monthly Top Producers and was selected as the guest speaker at a multi-office conference where he spoke about growing his business.

In 2022 Russ sold 13 homes, totaling $3.5 million dollars in sales. Clients that worked with him said he helped keep their minds at ease, they felt reassured and constantly in the loop, and that their buying or selling process was seamless.
